This Privacy Policy applies to all mobile games and applications published by Jafforge (“we”, “us”, “our”), including but not limited to Numlo and any future titles that link to this policy. It explains what information our apps collect, how it’s used, and the choices you have. This policy does not apply to our website, blog, or any service outside of the apps that link to it.

By downloading, installing, or using any Jafforge app, you agree to the collection and use of information as described here.

Summary

  • Our apps do not require you to create an account and do not collect your name, email, or other directly identifying information.
  • Gameplay data (scores, streaks, settings) is stored locally on your device only and is never sent to us.
  • Some apps use third-party services — Firebase, Google Analytics, and Google AdMob — that may collect device and usage data as described below.
  • You can request deletion of any data associated with your device by contacting us (see Contact).

Information We Collect

Information you provide directly

Our apps generally do not ask you to create an account, sign in, or submit personal information such as your name or email address. If a specific app ever adds a feature that collects information directly from you (for example, an optional support-contact form), that will be disclosed in the app itself at the point of collection.

Information collected automatically

Depending on the app, the following may be collected automatically through third-party SDKs bundled with our apps:

  • Device information — device model, operating system and version, language and region settings, unique device and advertising identifiers (such as Android’s Advertising ID or Apple’s IDFA).
  • Usage data — screens viewed, features used, session length, in-app events (e.g. game started, level completed), crash and performance diagnostics.
  • Approximate location — general, non-precise location (e.g. country or region) may be inferred from your IP address by analytics or advertising providers; our apps do not request precise GPS location unless a specific app’s description says otherwise.

Locally stored data

Gameplay progress such as high scores, streaks, and in-app preferences (e.g. sound on/off) is stored only on your device using standard local storage (such as SharedPreferences on Android/iOS). This data is never transmitted to us and is deleted automatically if you uninstall the app or clear its local storage.

Third-Party Services We Use

Our apps may integrate the following third-party services. Each operates under its own privacy policy, which we encourage you to review:

Firebase (Google)

Some apps may use Google Firebase for backend services such as crash reporting (Firebase Crashlytics) and remote configuration. Firebase may collect device identifiers, app usage, and diagnostic/crash data. Learn more: Firebase Privacy and Security.

Google Analytics for Firebase

Some apps may use Google Analytics to understand how the app is used — for example, which screens are viewed and which features are popular. This data is aggregated and tied to a device/app instance identifier, not to your real-world identity. Learn more: Google’s Privacy Policy and How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services.

Google AdMob

Our apps may display advertising served by Google AdMob to support free gameplay. AdMob may collect and use advertising identifiers, approximate location, and app usage data to serve ads, including personalized ads where permitted, and to measure ad performance. AdMob may also share limited data with its own advertising partners. Learn more: How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services and AdMob’s data collection practices.

Where required (for example, for users in the European Economic Area, UK, and Switzerland), our apps use Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP) to request your consent before showing personalized ads or using tracking identifiers, in line with the IAB Transparency & Consent Framework and Google’s EU User Consent Policy. On iOS, apps that use tracking identifiers will request permission via Apple’s App Tracking Transparency framework before tracking your activity across other companies’ apps and websites. You can decline these prompts and continue using the app.

Your Choices and Rights

  • Ad personalization: You can opt out of personalized advertising and reset your advertising identifier in your device settings (Android, iOS).
  • Tracking (iOS): You can deny or revoke App Tracking Transparency permission at any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
  • Local data: Uninstalling the app removes all locally stored gameplay data from your device.
  • Access, correction, or deletion requests: Because we do not collect directly identifying information, we generally cannot look up an individual’s data. If a third-party service (Firebase, Google Analytics, or AdMob) has associated data with your device, you can exercise your rights directly with Google as described in their privacy policy linked above, or contact us and we will assist where technically possible.
  • Do Not Sell / Share (California): We do not sell personal information. To the extent our use of advertising identifiers is considered “sharing” under the CCPA/CPRA, you may limit this using the ad personalization opt-outs above.

Children’s Privacy

Our apps are intended for a general audience and are not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If a specific app is designed for children, it will use Google-certified child-directed ad settings and will say so explicitly in its own listing and in-app disclosures. If you believe a child has provided us with information, contact us and we will take steps to delete it.

Data Retention

Locally stored gameplay data persists only on your device until you uninstall the app or clear its storage. Data collected by third-party services (Firebase, Google Analytics, AdMob) is retained according to those providers’ own retention policies, which are outlined in their respective privacy policies linked above.

International Data Transfers

Our apps are available globally, and the third-party services we use may process and store data on servers located outside your country of residence, including in the United States. Google provides mechanisms such as Standard Contractual Clauses for such transfers where required by law.

Security

We rely on the security practices of the third-party service providers listed above and standard platform-level protections (Android/iOS app sandboxing). No method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, for example to reflect a new app, a new third-party SDK, or a change in law. We will update the “Last updated” date above when we do. Continued use of any Jafforge app after a change becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
